Rooted in Miraval’s Life in Balance philosophy, this immersive experience explores the connection between wellness, intention, and the shared experience of gathering through food. Drawing inspiration from both Austin’s vibrant culinary scene and Maui’s seasonal abundance, Chef Ben will guide guests through the creation of a flavor-forward dish featuring locally sourced ingredients, including mushrooms from Maui-based farm Mother Mushrooms.
Throughout the demonstration, guests will discover approachable techniques for bringing more balance, creativity, and plant-forward cooking into their own kitchens — all while experiencing a fresh take on classic Texas BBQ flavors through a wellness lens.
