Highlights: Day 1 (10/3/2026): Arrive in the Bordeaux countryside and check into Les Sources de Caudalie, a Three MICHELIN Key hotel set among vineyards. Begin with a welcome aperitif and mixology experience, followed by a private dinner curated by the chef of a MICHELIN Star restaurant. Day 2 (10/4/2026): Visit and indulge in a private tasting at a Grand Cru Classé estate in Saint-Émilion. Enjoy lunch at a MICHELIN Star restaurant in the downtown village before a tour of Saint-Émilion, a UNESCO World Heritage site celebrated for its medieval charm and surrounding vineyards. In the evening, enjoy free time to take in the sights of Bordeaux before dinner at a MICHELIN Star restaurant. Day 3 (10/5/2026): Visit a MICHELIN Star restaurant for a private cooking demonstration led by the chef and lunch. In the afternoon, discover the wines Sauternes is renowned for during a guided visit to a distinguished estate, learning about the region’s winemaking heritage and tasting its signature wines. Conclude the day with an indulgent dinner onsite at a MICHELIN Star restaurant, perfectly paired with the estate’s celebrated wines for a truly remarkable experience. Day 4 (10/6/2026): Explore the Graves wine region with a guided visit to a historic estate, touring the vineyards and cellars while learning about the estate’s distinctive wines and techniques. Lunch is served on the estate grounds, thoughtfully paired with local wines. In the afternoon, return to the hotel for a pastry workshop, followed by a cocktail hour overlooking the vineyards before a farewell dinner at a MICHELIN Star restaurant.
